Defiq Inspect is built by Casper Tong, founder of Defiq Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 202629044H).
Casper spent more than six years as a QA engineer at TikTok. That work taught him what it takes to ship a mobile product people can navigate without thinking: clear flows, fewer taps, and quality that holds up under real use — not just demos.
The product idea came from family. Casper’s brother-in-law works in property defect inspection. On site, he captures hundreds of photos on his phone. At night, the real work begins — export everything, sort it, drop it into Microsoft Word, and turn a long day into a professional client PDF. That evening grind is exhausting. It is also common across inspection firms in Singapore and Malaysia: the inspection itself is skilled work; the report assembly is the unpaid second shift.
So he started Defiq Technologies and built Defiq Inspect around how inspectors actually work: capture and tag on site, assemble a structured handover report, and export a client-ready PDF without the Word marathon.
