Create a project
Add the development name, block, unit number, and client details. Set up rooms (foyer, living room, bedrooms) before you go on site so inspectors can claim areas quickly.

Capture defects on site
Claim a room, take a photo, and tap the defect type — floor crack, wall stain, ceiling leak, and more. The app works offline; photos upload when you have signal again.

Review and annotate
Circle or arrow key defects if needed. Edit captions and legend text back at the office or on site — annotation is optional, not forced.

Assemble the report
Open report assembly: reorder pages, fill in what each defect is, add socket or water-ponding pages if needed. A progress bar shows when every page is ready.

Export and share the PDF
Generate the PDF and send it to your client via WhatsApp, email, or cloud drive. Business plans put your company logo on the cover.

Export to developer
Developers often cap portal uploads. Use Export for Developer from the project menu — set a photo limit and the app picks the best evidence per room, ready to upload to their system.
