1. Who we are
Defiq Technologies Pte. Ltd. operates Defiq Inspect (defiq.app, app.defiq.app). This policy describes how we collect and use personal data.
2. Data we collect
Account data (Google sign-in email, display name), inspection photos and metadata, billing identifiers from Stripe, and usage required to operate the service.
3. How we use personal data
We use data to authenticate users, store inspection projects, generate reports, process subscriptions, and improve reliability and security.
4. Sharing
We use subprocessors including Google (Firebase, Sign-In), and Stripe for payments. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Inspection photos, projects, and defect records are kept for up to twelve (12) months as described in our Terms of Service.
When you delete your personal account (in-app or at defiq.app/delete-account), your sign-in access, email, and display name are removed immediately; your name on org-owned inspection records is anonymised to “Former inspector”.
Organisation subscription data may be retained for up to ninety (90) days after subscription cancellation so the company can renew and recover access. That recovery window is separate from personal account deletion.
6. Your rights
You may delete your personal account via in-app settings, the web deletion page, or support@defiq.app, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
