Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Defiq Inspect, provided by Defiq Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Defiq", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Service

Defiq Inspect is a B2B property defect inspection platform. Features and limits depend on your subscription tier.

3. Accounts

Access requires a Google account on your organisation whitelist. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the Stripe customer portal or as described at checkout.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of inspection data you upload. See our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data.

6. Inspection data retention

Defiq retains inspection photos, projects, units, defect records, and related assembly metadata for up to twelve (12) months from the date each photo was captured (or from the last activity on a project, if we extend the clock for that project). After that period, this data is permanently deleted from our systems.

For the first six (6) months, photos are stored for normal in-app access. Between six (6) and twelve (12) months, photos may be moved to lower-cost archive storage; downloading or re-opening very old jobs may take longer. You are responsible for downloading PDF reports and exporting any photos you need before they expire — use in-app download, PDF export, and share features while your data is available.

If your paid subscription ends, your organisation may retain access to recover an account for up to ninety (90) days as described at checkout and in the app. That recovery period is separate from the twelve-month inspection retention limit above.
