How to edit the report cover page

Professional+ admins design the PDF cover in the web app (app.defiq.app) under Templates → Report design → Cover.

Open video in Lark If the player above is blank or asks you to sign in, use this button. In Lark, set the file to Anyone with the link can view so customers can watch without a Lark account.

Quick steps

Sign in at app.defiq.app as an admin on Professional or above.
Open the Templates tab → Report design → Cover.
Pick a cover layout (preset or free canvas), adjust branding and fields, then Save.
Generate a PDF from a unit to confirm the new cover appears on new reports.

Tip: Cover changes apply to new PDF exports. Existing saved report pages keep the snapshot from when they were created.
